Find A Good Woman

Find A Good Woman

Find a good woman: find a woman who is both classy and respectable.  Find a woman who is intelligent and ambitious.  Find a woman who is responsible and reliable.  Find a woman who has a good personality and a good sense of humor.  Find a woman who has direction in life; a woman who is going somewhere in life, find a woman who wants to do something special with her life.  Find a woman who wants to be somebody special, and find a woman who wants to be with someone special.

Find A Good Woman, and Treat Her Well:

Be a Good Listener

If another person takes the time and effort to tell you something, it is only natural that they would expect you to listen to what they have to say.  More likely than not, that person is discussing something with you because they think it’s important—if not to you, then at least to them. Chances are, they want you to care about what’s important to them, and ultimately, they want you to care about them, as well.

When someone tells you something, no matter how casually they mention it, and no matter how unimportant it might seem to be at the time, make a point to remember it.  If someone is telling you something, especially if it’s about a preference of theirs—a specific date, a past experience, or something of sentimental value—do all you can to commit that piece of information to memory…and not just short-term memory, but long-term, useful memory.

~

If a woman ever tells you something

whether she is a friend, girlfriend, potential girlfriend, fiancé, spouse,

or even a relative of yours… if a woman tells you something:

Commit It To Memory.

~

If she is telling you, it means she wants you to remember it, and she probably would love it if you acted on that knowledge in the future. (Favorite colors, important dates, favorite anything’s, likes/dislikes, future goals, events, good things, bad things… anything: if she tells you, you better make a mental note of it—or a physical one if you have to—and store it away in your memory for future use.)

So, when someone is talking to you… Be a good listener.  Actually listen to what the other person has to say, instead of just waiting for your turn to talk. Pay attention to what she or he is saying, instead of thinking about what you are going to say next.  If someone tells you something—anything, it is for a reason: it is because they want you to remember it.

Find a Good Woman, Treat Her Right, & Do Your Best

To Hold Onto Her:

Priceless Advice On Women

This is the best advice I can give you for if you’re trying to get a young lady to date you, to be your girlfriend, or one day when the time comes, to marry you.  As best as I can state it, there are three things that you need to do in regard to the young lady:

1. Make her laugh and smile: A woman has to enjoy being around you and spending time with you. If you’re not fun to be with and talk to, then why would she want to?

2. Make her feel like a lady: Be a gentleman. Just be polite and courteous; hold the door for her, carry her stuff, etc. Also, don’t make sarcastic jokes about her, and don’t make fun of her even if it’s just in jest.  Little things make a big difference with women; and if it's a negative thing, they will be hurt by it.

You had better be a gentleman to the parents too—make sure you look the father in the eye when you shake his hand, and give him a good firm handshake. Don’t break eye-contact during the handshake until he does.

3. Make her feel special: Make her feel like you treat her better than anyone else could.  You have to distinguish yourself from other guys. You have to give her a reason to want to be around you/with you, as opposed to anyone else…If you don’t distinguish yourself from other guys, then she doesn't have a reason to choose you.

3-A. Be able to dance, and actually like doing it from time to time (if not often): Women think guys who don’t like to dance are rigid and boring…and if you’re boring, then you’re not fun to be around. And like I said, if you’re not fun to be around, why would she want to be with you?

Who You Marry: One of the Most Important Decisions

You Will Ever Make

Deciding to get married, and deciding whom you will marry, are two of the most important decisions that you will ever make. First, choosing to enter into a marriage means choosing to make a commitment to another person, for as long as you both live. That is a serious undertaking, and it should be taken seriously.  If you are not ready to get married, then don’t rush into anything.  If you are not sure if the time is right, or if you are not sure if the other person is right, then be patient and don’t rush the situation.  It is better to take your time and make sure that you are ready to be married, rather than to jump into something you aren’t ready to fully commit to.

~

Almost every decision you make stays with you in some way for the rest of your life—whether it’s a direct or indirect effect, or whether it’s in the way you yourself are shaped as you navigate through life.

Marriage, however, is one of the few choices you will make that will actually physically stay with you for the rest of your life.  The person you marry is one of the few decisions that you will not only have to live with for the rest of your life, but that you will also have to see, hear, and interact with every single day for the rest of your life. Choose your mate wisely. Remember that you are not just choosing someone to spend a honeymoon with, but that you are choosing someone to spend the rest of your life with as well.

~

Marriage is one of the most important decisions you will ever make.

And so, it should involve the highest level of consideration and deliberation you can give it.

“The most basic and powerful way to connect to another person is to listen.

Just listen.  Perhaps the most important thing we ever give each other is our attention.”

~   Rachel Naomi Remen

“Make a list of the traits of the type of spouse you would like to marry.

Then make a list of the traits you would need to attract that type of person. Then throw away the first list and work on the second.

Don't just look for the right one—become the right one!”
